How to Add Pet Items to Your Order
Book Your Regular Pickup
Schedule your normal laundry pickup. We pick up Monday through Friday, 9AM-2PM across Allentown, Bethlehem, Whitehall, Emmaus, and surrounding Lehigh Valley areas.
Set Your Pet Items Out With Your Laundry
No separate bag required. Just place your dog beds, blankets, crate liners, or other pet items alongside your regular laundry when our driver arrives. Let us know in the order notes what pet items you're including.
We Wash Them Separately
Your pet items get their own dedicated wash and dry cycle, completely separate from your regular clothes and from any other customer's order. We use a pet-safe detergent cycle in our commercial machines so everything comes back actually clean, not just surface-washed.
Everything Delivered Back Together
Your regular laundry and your pet items come back in the same delivery. You get a text when we're on the way. One pickup, one delivery, done.

A Few Things We Can't Take
To protect the quality of every order and the safety of our facility, we don't accept the following pet items:
- Items soiled with urine or feces
- Items with active flea or tick infestation
- Torn, shredded, or heavily damaged bedding
- Items over 50 lbs (contact us first for oversized orders)

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you wash pet items in the same load as regular laundry?
No. Pet items always get their own dedicated wash cycle, separate from your regular laundry and separate from other customers' orders. This prevents pet hair and odor from transferring to anything else.
Do I need to book a separate order for pet items?
No. Just add them to your regular laundry pickup. When you schedule, note in the order what pet items you're including and we'll handle the rest. No second booking, no second trip.
Is there an extra charge for adding pet items to my pickup?
No extra pickup or delivery fee. You pay the flat rate for each pet item you include. If you only have pet items and no regular laundry, there's a $25 minimum.
Do you accept items soiled with urine?
No. We do not accept items soiled with urine, feces, or any biological waste. If an item arrives with urine soiling, we'll return it unwashed and contact you to explain. We're happy to handle normal pet odor and dirt, just not biological contamination.
What sizes of pet beds can you handle?
We can handle most standard pet beds up to XL and orthopedic sizes. Our commercial machines manage bulky, thick beds that home washers can't properly clean. If you have an oversized or unusually heavy bed (over 50 lbs), text us at (484) 246-9163 before scheduling so we can confirm we can take it.
